# Public project page

Every project can publish one public page for artists and players. It says what the project is and how you work with artists, and shows your open work, your art fund and your AI disclosure. Anyone can read it without signing in. Every plan has it.

The page lives at `/p/<project>`, such as `app.assetgoeshere.com/p/moonfall`. If your organization has a studio address, it's also at `moonfall.assetgoeshere.com/p/moonfall`.

## Set it up

Admins open **Settings › Public page**.

- **Published** turns the page on or off. The link stops working while it's off.
- **Tagline**: one line under the project's name.
- **Description**: Markdown, with a live preview. Headings, paragraphs, bullet lists, **bold**, `code` and links to `https://` addresses work.
- **Links**: up to six, such as your Steam page, Discord and website. Each needs an `https://` address.
- **How we work**: pay, rights, AI policy, claims and turnaround. Artists read these before they ask to join. A line you leave empty doesn't show.
- **Sections**: switch each part of the page on or off. A part with nothing in it is left out anyway.
- **Open requests to show by name**: up to six open requests, by asset id. Each one shows with the first line of its brief. Every other open request is counted by kind: models, audio, images, writing and other files.
- **Showcase**: up to eight accepted images, or models with a still, by asset id. Each one shows with its name and who made it.
- **Support the art link**: the page where a player buys your game or a code pack, so they get Asset Points for the [art fund](/docs/art-fund). agh doesn't take payments itself.

Choose **Save public page**. Visitors may see the earlier version for up to five minutes.

## Credits

Anyone on the project (admins, developers and artists) can list themselves under **Your credit** on the same tab, with their name and a line such as `14 models` or `voice of Bram`. Only you can add or remove your own credit. Tools and guest links can't be listed.

## The AI disclosure

When you publish the [AI disclosure](/docs/review), the page shows its totals with the full report underneath, and `/disclosure/<project>` sends people to the page. Turn the AI disclosure section off, or take the page down, and the disclosure goes back to its own page.

## Branding

On the **Studio** and **Enterprise** plans, the page uses your organization's logo, accent colour and light or dark look, the same ones as your guest links. Set them in **Branding & address**. On other plans the page uses the agh look, and the Branding card offers an upgrade. [Ask us to upgrade](/support).

## For your own site

`/p/<project>/listing.json` has everything the page shows, for your game or website. It never includes member ids or anything about players.
