Reservations
A reservation keeps a kind of work for one person: every line for one character goes to the voice actor who plays them, or every portrait of the hero to the artist who drew the first one. Requests that match a reservation are theirs alone, now and later. Reservations come with the Studio and Enterprise plans.
Make one
Admins open Reservations under Project and choose New reservation:
- Name: what it's for, such as
Bram's voice. - Kind: Image, Audio, Model, Video or Text, or Any.
- Tags: at least one, such as
character=bram. A request matches when it has every tag. Requests made later with these tags match too, so tag new requests the same way. - Reserved for: a project member who can claim requests. Invite them under Settings › Members first. Reservations are for people with an account, not guest links.
Two reservations can't overlap. If a request could match both, agh names the other reservation and doesn't save; give one of them a different tag.
What changes
A matching request shows ◆ Reserved with the member's name. Only they can claim it or deliver it; everyone else sees who it's reserved for instead of Claim, and agh next and coding agents skip it. Admins and developers can still deliver on the member's behalf. A request someone claimed before the reservation was made stays theirs to finish.
Recast or revoke
Recast gives the reservation to someone else, such as a new voice actor. The open requests are theirs from then on. Anything the previous person already claimed stays with them until they deliver or release it. Their accepted work stays in the Library with its credit, for the new person to match.
Revoke ends the reservation. Its requests open to anyone, and the requests the member had claimed go back to open. Accepted work keeps its credit.
Below Studio
On other plans the Reservations page shows what reservations do, with this guide and an upgrade link, and anyone can claim any request as before. Ask us to upgrade.
For agents: this page as Markdown is at /docs/reservations.md, and the CLI prints it with agh guide reservations.
