One self-contained file for each platform, with nothing else to install. It is built from the same version as this server on every deploy.

On Windows, open a new PowerShell window afterwards so it picks up the new PATH. On macOS, a file downloaded in a browser is quarantined; run xattr -d com.apple.quarantine agh once, or use the curl command above. Then run agh --version, and see Getting started to sign in.
